Reformer Only: Fluidity & Flow

Our Reformer-only classes utilize the most iconic piece of Pilates equipment to create a seamless, full-body workout. By using a sliding carriage and adjustable spring resistance, these sessions focus on:

  • Continuous Movement: Building heat through fluid transitions and rhythmic sequences.

  • Dynamic Resistance: Improving eccentric strength (strengthening the muscle as it lengthens).

  • Core Centering: Utilizing the pulley system to challenge your stability and "zip up" the powerhouse.

  • Total Body Toning: Sculpting the arms, legs, and glutes while maintaining a focus on spinal alignment.

Tower Based: Stability & Length

The Tower (or Wall Unit) offers a different approach to resistance. Because you are working on a stable, non-moving mat, the Tower allows for deeper isolation and a greater focus on individual limb strength. These sessions highlight:

  • Decompression: Utilizing the "Push-Through Bar" and "Roll-Back Bar" to create space in the spine and joints.

  • Unilateral Training: The independent springs allow us to identify and correct imbalances between the left and right sides of the body.

  • Deep Stretching: The height and leverage of the Tower provide a unique environment for restorative stretches that are difficult to achieve on the floor.

  • Precision Control: Without the momentum of a sliding carriage, the Tower requires intense focus to control the springs, leading to superior muscle definition.

Our small group sessions are designed to provide the energy of a community with the precision of personalized instruction. We offer specialized tracks to meet your body where it is today:

  • Reformer + Myofascial Release: The ultimate "reset" for your body. This class combines the strengthening power of the Reformer with targeted myofascial release techniques. Using foam rollers and therapy balls, we address connective tissue tension to improve mobility, reduce soreness, and restore fluid movement.

  • Athletic Suspension & Reformer: For those looking to level up. This high-energy, fitness-forward approach integrates Suspension Training with the Reformer to challenge your stability and cardiovascular endurance. Expect a full-body burn focused on functional strength and athletic conditioning.

  • Slow Flow & Precision: Perfect for those who prefer a mindful, deliberate pace. This class prioritizes foundational technique, deep core activation, and breathwork. It’s an ideal choice for recovery days, those managing minor injuries, or anyone looking to master the "why" behind every movement.
